Job Description

Apex Tech Connection in Wilkes-Barre, is expanding and looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Associate for our in-person team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and gaining real-world experience in both customer interaction and marketing. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce services, answer questions, and create a positive experience from the first interaction. The Entry Level Sales Associate plays an important role in supporting daily operations while contributing to overall marketing efforts that help drive visibility and engagement. This Entry Level Sales Associate role also provides hands-on exposure to real customer interactions and campaign support. Core responsibilities as
Entry Level Sales Associate:
Interact with customers in person as an Entry Level Sales Associate to introduce services and support marketing initiatives. Communicate offerings clearly while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Assist in promoting services as part of ongoing marketing campaigns. Build strong communication with customers to create a positive experience. Track interactions and provide feedback to support team improvement. Entry Level Sales Associate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with an interest in customer service and marketing. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, in-person environment. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
