Job Description

We are actively hiring a Retail Representative to support our Frontier campaign through in-store retail activations, customer engagement, and account management in the Scranton, PA area. As a Retail Representative, you will play a key role in representing Frontier within retail environments, connecting directly with customers, driving sales, and managing accounts. This position blends retail sales, customer service, and business development, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow in sales, account management, and customer engagement. The Retail Representative will focus on increasing brand awareness, executing retail activations, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting Frontier's expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities of the
Retail Representative:
Execute daily retail activations for Frontier products and services Engage with customers in retail settings to drive sales and customer engagement Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction Educate customers on Frontier's fiber internet and service offerings Provide personalized solutions through strong customer engagement and needs assessment Support business development initiatives and territory expansion efforts Track and document sales activity, customer interactions, and account updates Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and overall performance Maintain a professional brand presence during all retail activations
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement Interest in sales, account management, and retail operations Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment A proactive mindset with a passion for customer engagement and relationship-building Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$3,700.00 - $4,200.00 per month
