Budtender / Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Budtender / Delivery Driver to join our team. This hybrid role involves assisting customers in-store with cannabis product selection and completing safe, compliant deliveries. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cannabis products, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while following all state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Budtender Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs Accurately process transactions using POS systems Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with legal purchasing limits Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Delivery Driver Duties:

Safely transport cannabis products to customers following all legal and company guidelines Verify customer identity at the point of delivery Handle cash payments securely Maintain delivery logs and ensure accurate order fulfillment Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues Ensure discretion and professionalism during deliveries

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age (or as required by local law) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous retail, customer service, or delivery experience preferred Basic knowledge of cannabis products and effects (or willingness to learn) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash responsibly Must pass any required background checks and licensing requirements

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
