Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able ensure maximum client satisfaction, and accurate data entry, and invoice reconciliation. Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and build client accounts and relationships
• Work with the charter team for on-fleet sales
• Provide responsiveness to charter inquiries including wholesale and direct-to-customer sales, via phone and email
• Maintain market knowledge
• Schedule and monitor trip logistics upon booking
• Ensure post-trip reconciliation
• Maintain accurate customer profiles with CRM tools
