What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with school & healthcare decision-makers, running a full desk
- Recruit and place professionals nationwide
- Negotiate contracts and manage accounts
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and job boards
- Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue goals
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year of sales or experience in any industry. We would like to see retail and hospitality experience
- Comfortable with a 'hunter' mentality and having an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication + relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven individuals
- Curiosity and coachability
