Are you a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson who wants to earn uncapped commission? We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing company. About the Role As our new Flooring Sales Rep, you'll guide customers through product options, conduct in-home measurements, prepare detailed quotes, and close sales. You'll work with homeowners, contractors, builders, and property managers to deliver an exceptional flooring experience from start to finish. This is a hybrid role involving showroom sales, customer follow-ups, on-site visits, and networking.
