This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new franchise sales and working with potential franchisees from the initial inquiry through the franchise agreement signing. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our brand and business model. Due to the nature of our business, knowledge of Spanish languages is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential franchisee leads through various channels. Provide detailed information and presentations to prospective franchisees regarding franchise opportunities. Guide potential franchisees through the discovery process, ensuring they receive all necessary information and documentation. Assist in the preparation and execution of franchise agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospective franchisee communications. Work closely with the legal and operations teams to ensure compliance with all franchising laws and company policies. Participate in franchise exhibitions and events to promote franchising opportunities.

Competencies:

Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of professionalism and ethics. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Knowledge of Burmese or Chin language is highly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field. Understanding of franchising laws and regulations. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the franchise industry.
