We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm restoration services throughout Nebraska. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to build a rewarding career, we provide training, support, and advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $50,000 per year. Top performers can earn $100,000-$250,000+ annually through bonuses and performance incentives. Paid training. Company-provided leads. What You'll Do:
Meet with homeowners to discuss exterior remodeling projects. Perform property inspections and assessments. Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm damage restoration. Prepare estimates and present project solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with project managers and office staff throughout the project lifecycle. Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
