Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hybrid Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position combines inside sales and outside sales responsibilities, allowing you to generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face appointments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable meeting with business owners, and driven to build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses to generate sales opportunities and appointments. Prospect and identify new commercial clients through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Run sales appointments and presentations with prospective customers. Generate warm leads through in-person business visits and networking. Gather decision-maker contact information and build a pipeline of qualified prospects. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations that communicate the value of our commercial cleaning services. Prepare proposals, confirm service details, and close sales opportunities. Build and maintain a strong book of business and professional network. Develop customized solutions based on customer needs and facility requirements. Manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Meet or exceed call activity, appointment-setting, and sales performance goals. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings. Learn and effectively present our services to businesses in healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, education, restaurants, financial institutions, sports venues, and other commercial facilities. Complete sales reports, activity tracking, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs. Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications Previous sales, business development, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting face-to-face sales meetings. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
