We are seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Professional to join our team and deliver exceptional service directly to clients in their homes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in lighting, renovation, and interior design to create tailored solutions that enhance living spaces. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales and your ability to communicate effectively will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in outside and inside sales while making a meaningful impact on clients' homes. Duties Engage with clients during in-home consultations to understand their renovation, lighting, and interior design needs Present product demos and layout designs using tools like SketchUp or CAD software to visualize solutions Negotiate pricing, upsell additional products or services, and close sales confidently Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and lighting design to ensure optimal aesthetic and functional results Manage account details through POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives, organizational tasks, and stock management to support store operations Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product demonstrations Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD, or lighting design software is highly desirable Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction, or interior design enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and retail math is preferred Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency Previous exposure to marketing strategies and product demos will help you succeed in engaging customers effectively Join us as an In-Home Sales Professional where your enthusiasm for design and sales can flourish!
