Your role
Compensation:
Base salary up to $61,446.98 (based on knowledge, skills, and experience), plus monthly commission, and annual bonus potential. Inside Service Sales Associate will report to the Service Sales Manager.
Function:
Service Sales and Quote-to-Order Administration for the Inside Service Sales Department As an Inside Sales Associate you will ensure and maintain an elevated customer experience by taking ownership of inquiries and coordinating the quotation and order fulfillment process. You will serve as the point of contact for customers, and prospects and be responsible for service and service plan quoting, order submittal, and customer support for an assigned territory. As a part of the Atlas Copco team, this individual will contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
  • Responsible for interacting with existing customers to drive sales revenue growth.
  • Continually develop sales techniques and strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Capitalize on available technological advances and BI reports to effectively communicate, drive business, and enhance the sales process.
  • Improve customer experience by striving to understand and anticipate needs and expectations, proactively providing clear and honest communication, and ensuring data entry accuracy.
  • Support customers by providing repair quotations and answering questions about credit terms, pricing, and availability.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of customer orders; prepare and submit sales orders for order entry, finance teams. Ensure seamless cross-functional handovers.
  • Research and resolve shared services order or invoicing discrepancies and delivery issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage sales activities and pipeline within the CRM database.
  • Participate in one-to-one, team, divisional, and company meetings and initiatives.
  • Adhere to company, divisional, and department best practices to ensure and facilitate financial and data integrity, and sales and customer service processes.
  • Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
To succeed, you will need Supervisory Responsibility None Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience in inside sales and customer service required. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with quote generation required. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with CRMs and ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) required. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required. Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) a plus. Must be comfortable performing high volume, repetitive tasks with accurate data entry skills. Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center a plus. Education 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong customer focus demonstrated by an attitude of service, excellent organizational and collaboration skills, as well as proactive follow-up habits. Skills Demonstrate and promote a focus on team and team culture through collaboration, support, and internal customer satisfaction. Ability to manage personal energy and stress levels while exercising your problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Develop a personal work system that enables you to work efficiently with minimal supervision both as an individual contributor as well as part of a team. Must be a self-starter with ability to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets.
