Independent Contractor Agreement Base Compensation Event Compensation Package Commission Travel & Lodging Provided About the Opportunity Sophia Fiori Diamonds is seeking outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven professionals to represent our luxury fine jewelry brand at premier jewelry events throughout the United States, including InterGem shows and other special events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling, building relationships, traveling, and helping clients celebrate life's most important moments through fine jewelry. When not traveling, team members will work remotely from home. California-based representatives also have the option to work from our Corporate office located in San Dimas, California. Key Responsibilities Represent Sophia Fiori Diamonds at InterGem and other jewelry shows throughout the United States Engage with event attendees and convert prospects into customers Present and sell fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and custom design services Follow up with leads generated from events and digital marketing campaigns Conduct outbound sales calls and client outreach Assist clients through the entire sales process from consultation to delivery Create and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals Record short-form social media content from events, including: Product showcases Customer testimonials Behind-the-scenes event footage Promotional videos and sales presentations Assist with event setup, inventory presentation, and merchandising Support company marketing initiatives and special projects Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (Jewelry sales experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with customers and closing sales Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to travel Thursday through Sunday on a regular basis Comfortable using technology, social media platforms, and AI tools Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed Reliable transportation and ability to travel by air when required What We Offer Travel opportunities throughout the United States Travel and lodging provided for approved events Competitive commission structure with event compensation Ongoing sales and product training Opportunity to work with luxury diamonds, gemstones, and custom jewelry Flexible work-from-home schedule when not traveling Optional office workspace available in San Dimas, California Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury jewelry company Compensation Independent Contractor Position Base Compensation Package Event Compensation Commission on Sales Performance-Based Growth Opportunities To Apply Please send: Your resume A brief introduction about your sales experience Any social media, video content, or sales achievements you'd like to share We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy sales, travel, relationship building, and representing a luxury brand at some of the nation's premier jewelry events.
