Manufacturing Sales Associate

Overview Plymouth / Beatrice, Nebraska Area Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives We-Design Manufacturing & Construction is looking for a motivated, driven salesperson to help grow our manufacturing division. We are not a corporate office job. We build real products for real customers: Custom steel fabrication Agricultural equipment Fair penning systems Tanks, feeders, containers, and industrial projects This role is ideal for someone who: likes talking with customers understands manufacturing follows up consistently wants to directly impact company growth What You'll Do Generate and follow up on sales leads Quote custom fabrication and manufacturing jobs Build relationships with customers and dealers Work directly with operations and production teams Travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows Help grow new and existing accounts

What We're Looking For Preferred:

Sales experience in manufacturing, ag, or industrial industries Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and organized Ability to understand drawings, fabrication, or production processes

Bonus Experience:

Agricultural background Steel fabrication knowledge Existing industry relationships Compensation Base salary starting around $50,000 Commission structure with strong earning potential Performance-based incentives Realistic earnings potential: $80,000-$120,000+ This is a role where performance matters.
