Retail & Production Associate

About Pinebeach Pinebeach Retail is a hands-on apparel and production shop combining retail, custom design, and in-house production. This is not a typical retail job - you will work directly with customers, while also helping create finished products behind the scenes. Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support both retail operations and apparel production. This role blends customer service with hands-on work using real production equipment. What You'll Do Customer Service & Retail Assist customers with purchases and basic product questions Process transactions using a POS system Maintain a clean, organized retail space Production Support Trim, finish, and prepare printed or embroidered products Apply vinyl to garments and assist with customer orders Operate heat press machines for apparel and hats Pull and organize jobs for production and pickup Fold, package, and prepare completed orders Shop Organization & Support Keep production and retail areas clean and organized Assist with general shop workflow and organization Help stage and organize customer pickup orders Basic Administrative Tasks Organize order files and artwork (training provided) Assist with simple order tracking and email organization What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent attendance Comfortable working with your hands and learning equipment Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different tasks Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Preferred (Not Required) Retail or customer service experience Experience with apparel production, printing, or embroidery Why This Role Is Different This is a hybrid role where you'll gain real experience in customer apparel production, not just retail.
