Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in the Goodyear Area. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing customer accounts. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining client databases, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves presenting and promoting company services to clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with the broader team to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Proficiency in Communication Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Market Analysis and Business Development Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the logistics and distribution industry is a plus
