Job Description
The Blissful Clean is a residential & commercial cleaning company based in Grand Rapids. We're hiring a part-time Sales Associate to manage inbound leads, support our field staff, and keep the back half of our business day running smoothly. As a growing woman-owned local business, we're committed to setting the standard for how a team should be supported, recognized, and invested in! This is a remote, W-2 position — Monday through Friday, 1-5pm. Candidates located in Kent County, MI are highly preferred. What You'll Do Handle 10-20 inbound calls and emails per day from prospective clients. Convert inquiries into booked appointments. Follow up on open leads. Support cleaning staff in the field via Slack — answering questions, relaying client information, and resolving scheduling issues as they come up. General admin tasks as needed. What We Offer $18-$20/hr based on experience + commission on booked jobs W-2 employment with weekly pay via direct deposit Monday-Friday, 1-5pm — no nights, no weekends Fully remote but West Michigan based Growth path to Office Manager as the company scales What We're Looking For Enjoy selling over the phone and helping solve problems for customers Strong verbal and written communication Experience in customer service, inbound sales, or office coordination Comfortable on the phone and confident handling objections Self-directed — able to manage the afternoon independently without close supervision Quick to learn new tools (we use MaidCentral, Slack, and Quo) Reliable computer and a quiet, dedicated workspace during all working hours To Apply We review applications on our website.
