Sales Associate

Job Overview Join Venus Supplies and Services as a Sales Associate that helps clients find exactly what they need! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure the environment is inviting and well-organized. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales growth. Our ideal candidate is confident, highly self-motivated and self-sufficient, and an excellent presenter and communicator. Candidate must be comfortable cold calling and canvassing to find potential clients. The position is hourly plus commission for every sale made above a certain margin. This position is hybrid with exceptions. A work email address will be assigned and laptop if needed. Duties Generate sales and investigate prospective leads for our company. Requirements Previous sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Experience with Microsoft Office. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Sales experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team. Knowledge of product demos and facilities supplies is highly desirable. Willingness to cold call and good phone etiquette is required. Keeping up a rapport with existing customers and making sure their needs are met. Working well with a team. Keeping records of all calls made and emails sent. Experience with a CRM software is desirable. We use Salesforce. Driver's License and accessible transportation is required. Must be available for weekly sales meetings to provide an overview of potential leads and calls made. Once applied, a pre-screen call will be set up prior to in person interview.
