What You'll Do Meet with customers to understand their flooring needs, style preferences, and budget. Educate clients on different flooring materials (hardwood, carpet, tile, vinyl, etc.) and help them choose the best option for their space. Perform accurate measurements and prepare detailed, professional quotes. Manage the full sales process — from consultation and contract signing to project turnover with our production team. Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay current on design trends, products, and materials to deliver expert recommendations. Qualifications Degree or experience in Interior Design, Architecture , or a related field preferred. Strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication . Comfortable using technology, learning new software, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite . Team player , adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Sales experience helpful but not required — we provide comprehensive training! A passion for design and helping clients create beautiful spaces. Why Simply Floors & Painting? Earning potential:

$70,000•100,000 in your first year, with top consultants making $10,000+ per month .

Base pay during training:
