This is a hybrid position that combines retail sales, customer service, and online marketplace sales. If you have sales experience, enjoy working with customers, and are comfortable using online platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace, this could be an excellent career opportunity. No pawn experience is required. We will provide all necessary training. What You'll Do Assist customers in-store with purchases and pawn transactions Create and manage online listings for merchandise Photograph products and write compelling descriptions Post items on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other online sales platforms Respond to online inquiries and negotiate sales Package and ship sold merchandise Maintain accurate inventory records Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and online marketplaces Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to learn and grow with the company Previous experience selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Etsy, or similar platforms is a plus Jewelry, luxury goods, or collectibles experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Performance bonuses Paid training Career advancement opportunities Stable, growing company Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys both sales and technology.
