The Sales Crew Member will deliver genuine sales dialogues that connect customers with Verizon cellphones designed for everyday reliability. Guided sales support helps the Sales Crew Member tailor suggestions to individual needs, ensuring ethical practices and professional integrity shape every conversation. As a Sales Crew Member, you will start with guided training on Verizon devices and wireless plans, building a strong foundation in customer-focused sales engagement. You will manage sales conversations, assist with decisions, and maintain steady sales performance through clear communication. By aligning each interaction with customer needs, the Sales Crew Member will help strengthen sales outcomes and expand Verizon adoption. Core Functions of the Sales Crew Member Approach customers to discuss mobile service needs and position Verizon 5G plans as the superior choice. Generate qualified leads by showcasing Verizon's strong 5G coverage and localized advantages. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support consistent follow‑up and sales growth. Introduce Verizon's latest promotions, device trade‑ins, and bundled offers in approachable, persuasive language. Guide residents in comparing devices to ensure their chosen smartphone or tablet supports streaming, gaming, and remote work. Participate in daily team sessions to align on sales strategies and strengthen Verizon's community presence. Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Crew Member High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
