One managing partner is a veteran advisor with 40+ years of experience , including 25+ years as a top producer , having served 3,000+ clients and navigated multiple market cycles. The other managing partner is a younger, top 1% advisor , and an expert in advanced tax strategy, entity structuring, and planning for high-net-worth clients and business owners . This gives you rare exposure to: Time-tested wisdom and modern strategy Institutional discipline and advanced tax structuring Proven production systems and future-facing advisory thinking You will work directly with the managing partners on real, complex, high-value cases. What You'll Be Trained In Advanced tax mitigation strategies for high-income earners Life insurance as a tax-advantaged capital tool , not a commodity Proper design and implementation of IUL, whole life, and advanced policy structures Risk management for entrepreneurs and investors Family-office-level thinking around income, assets, and protection How to communicate complex strategies clearly and ethically No prior tax expertise required — we train from the ground up .
