Florida Based Wine and Spirits Wholesaler
Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers and ensuring the overall success of our brands.
Duties:
- Answer questions and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of retail math and apply it to sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote complementary products and increase sales.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Excelent Customer Service.
- Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management and stocking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive distributor/retailer experience.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and the ability to upsell products.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

$50,000.00- $60,000.
