Role:
The Counter position is essential for ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations within our facility. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will be responsible for problem-solving on the spot, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all products are well-stocked and organized. Additionally, the Counter will play a key role in team collaboration, contributing to a positive work environment and supporting sales initiatives. Ultimately, this position is vital for driving customer satisfaction and operational success in our Rumford location.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in inventory management or sales management. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized. Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Weekend and holiday availability are required Shift length will range between 4 - 8 hours Weekly hours will range between 15 - 29 hours and will vary based on business trends and staffing needs
