Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort VIP guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Handle all situations in a responsible manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host/security or in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and conflict management skills
Skills:
- Law enforcement or loss prevention experience is a plus
- CPR certification or first aid training is beneficial for emergency situation If you are a friendly and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to have you join our team as a Floor Host.
