Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) We're looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Island Outfitters. In this role, you'll deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Support team goals and contribute to a positive shopping experience What We're Looking For Retail experience preferred (but not required—we'll train the right person) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail Flexible availability (weekend availability is a must) Ability to stand, lift, and move merchandise as needed

Schedule :

12-20 hours per week Location Island Outfitters, Wakefield Mall 160
