Full-Time Sales Associate Confidential - 1.0 Woonsocket, RI Job Details Full-time $850 - $1,100 a week 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Full-Time Sales Associate Mindset Marketing is continuing to expand its AT&T wireless campaign throughout the Worcester market, and we're looking for a full-time Sales Associate to support in-store customer engagement and wireless activations. As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers inside retail locations, helping them compare wireless services, understand promotions, and find AT&T products that fit their day-to-day needs. The Sales Associate plays a major role in how customers experience both the AT&T campaign and the overall marketing strategy behind it. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity built around customer interaction, retail marketing, and consistent communication in a fast-moving environment. Areas of Training for our Sales Associates Wireless product knowledge and service education Customer interaction and retail communication strategies Face-to-face marketing and promotional outreach Account setup, activations, and enrollment procedures Retail marketing campaign execution and customer engagement Goal tracking, territory awareness, and performance development Communication skills designed to improve customer experience and long-term marketing impact Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Speak directly with customers about AT&T wireless services, devices, and current promotions Support in-store marketing efforts by maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence Help customers compare plans, upgrades, and service options based on usage and lifestyle needs Guide customers through activations, account updates, and wireless enrollments Answer questions clearly while keeping conversations productive and easy to follow Maintain organized customer records and completed enrollment information Work with other Sales Associate team members to support retail performance and customer engagement goals Stay informed on new products, promotions, and retail marketing initiatives connected to the AT&T campaign Sales Associate Qualifications 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt conversations naturally Someone who works well in team-oriented environments with daily interaction Ability to stay organized in fast-paced retail settings Interest in wireless services, retail marketing, and customer engagement 0-2+ years of experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or promotions is helpful but not required Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply - full training is provided!
