Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team! In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, helping customers find the perfect products and services to meet their needs. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your excellent customer service skills and product knowledge, will drive a positive shopping experience. From guiding customers through the latest furniture trends to closing the sale, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Weekly pay includes a daily base plus competitive commission rates. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection Guide customers through custom furniture selections as well as sales off the showroom floor Process sales transactions efficiently Promote and explain our financing options to help customers make informed decisions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Support store merchandising efforts by organizing and maintaining a clean sales floor Utilize retail software systems (Storis) to process transactions, update customer accounts, and manage sales data effectively Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Basic math skills are essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and using financial software accurately Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in engaging customers and supporting team goals Details Store hours are 10AM - 7PM, Monday through Saturday.
