Duties Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general garden upkeep to maintain pristine outdoor spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely for landscape installation and maintenance tasks Support tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth Help with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering Use excavators and other construction equipment under supervision for hardscape projects like patios or walkways Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Maintain cleanliness of work sites, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using hand tools and power equipment are beneficial Knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, or horticulture principles is a plus Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in outdoor environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in creating beautiful landscapes.
