Our team members are the heart of our success, making every sandwich with care and enthusiasm. Job Summary We're looking for energetic and friendly Team Members to join our fast-paced sandwich shop. In this role, you'll be a key part of delivering excellent customer service while helping with food prep, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. If you enjoy working in a lively setting and love providing great food and service, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Duties Prepare sandwiches and other menu items following company standards for quality and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and upsell items to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions with accuracy while managing cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety practices are followed. Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation to meet health regulations. Support team members during busy hours by managing food prep, serving customers, and ensuring quick service. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to multitask effectively in a quick service or fast food environment. Good basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
