Customer Experience & Sales Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service. Build relationships with customers and help them find products that meet their needs. Share product knowledge, promotions, and special offers. Recommend complementary products and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience. Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively. Store Operations & Merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with merchandising, product displays, and window presentations. Support in-store events, demonstrations, and monthly First Friday activities. Communicate inventory needs, customer feedback, and operational issues with the owner and team members. Inventory & Transactions Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions. Balance cash drawers and manage daily financial transactions. Process returns, exchanges, special orders, and promotional sales. Receive and inspect deliveries and assist with stockroom organization. Help maintain accurate inventory levels and product presentation. What We're Looking For Qualifications Previous retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using technology, including iPads, POS systems, internet-based tools, and in-store technology systems. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Availability to work weekends and maintain a flexible weekday schedule. Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the workday. Ability to move throughout the store to assist customers and manage inventory. Ability to operate a computer, calculator, printer, and POS equipment. Ability to occasionally climb stairs to access inventory and supplies. Ability to lift and move inventory boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
