Furniture Sales Associate

Furniture Sales Associate - Watson Furniture We're seeking a sales-driven, design-minded Furniture Sales Associate who has a passion for helping others create beautiful, functional spaces. This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail or sales who also has an eye for style, detail, and how a room comes together.

What You'll Do:

Work one-on-one with customers to design and furnish their spaces Guide clients through custom furniture orders , including selecting fabrics, finishes, and configurations Provide a high-touch, consultative sales experience from initial conversation to final delivery Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries in a professional, welcoming manner Coordinate and schedule deliveries , ensuring a seamless customer experience Maintain an inspiring, organized showroom that reflects current design trends

What We're Looking For:

Experience in retail or sales required A genuine passion for design, home interiors, and helping others Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customers and orders Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

Must be comfortable working in a sales-driven environment Must be dependable, organized, and professional Ability to work weekends as needed Willingness to learn product knowledge and stay current on design trends
