We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Toy Store Employee to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right products. Maintain product knowledge and offer recommendations based on customer needs. Keep the store organized and well-stocked by arranging shelves, restocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and sorting new shipments. Help create a positive shopping experience by maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment. Work with team members to achieve sales goals and store performance objectives.

Qualifications:

Friendly and approachable with a strong passion for working with children and families. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours. Ability to lift and move toys or merchandise when necessary.
