Fireworks Crew Member

Job Summary:

Crazy Steve's Fireworks is looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Sales Associates/Stockers for the Fourth of July holiday rush. This position involves helping customers find the right fireworks, keeping merchandise organized, and ensuring a fun and welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Welcome shoppers, offer helpful product guidance, and answer questions with a positive attitude.

Sales Support:

Recommend products, assist customers with purchases, and accurately complete transactions using the POS system.

Merchandising & Stocking:

Receive and unpack deliveries, price items, restock shelves, and maintain clear, organized displays.

Store Upkeep:

Help keep the store tidy and safe by cleaning floors, organizing inventory areas, and managing trash as needed.

Safety Practices:

Follow all firework safety rules and store procedures to protect both customers and staff.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with coworkers and management to meet sales goals and support day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements:

Basic math skills for handling sales and pricing. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with fireworks or safety standards is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Position Details:

This is a seasonal role running from May 20th to July 6th for the Fourth of July Season.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
