Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing Create an exceptional first impression for guests and members Learn each guest's fitness goals and recommend HOTWORX memberships Explain the science and benefits of infrared workouts (we'll train you!) Handle membership sales and transactions through our CRM/POS system Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email to book visits and close sales Work with your team to hit monthly goals and celebrate wins

What We're Looking For:

Someone with a Passion, Fire, and Energy for Fitness and Wellness High Energy with an Excitable personality and Excellent communication skills Confidence in speaking on the phone and guiding conversations Sales or customer service experience preferred—but we will train the right person! Comfortable using basic technology and managing simple transactions Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

Part-Time | Expected hours: 20-30/week

Pay:

$13.00-$26.00 per hour (includes hourly + commission)

Shifts:

4-8 hour shifts available
