Job Summary Seeking a polished, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Historic Downtown Georgetown. We offer a thoughtfully curated collection of apparel, jewelry, gifts, home décor, art, and seasonal merchandise. Our ideal candidate has strong sales skills , enjoys building relationships with customers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service . This role involves assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the appearance of the boutique, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers returning. Duties Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Actively sell merchandise and contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals Provide personalized recommendations and styling assistance for apparel, jewelry, gifts, and home décor Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to business casual dress standards. Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system upon training Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Assist with restocking merchandise, steaming apparel, and keeping inventory organized Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy Support special events, promotions, and seasonal store initiatives Maintain a positive and professional presence on social media that aligns with the values and reputation of the boutique Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold expectations Qualifications Previous retail or boutique experience required Strong sales, interpersonal, and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high-end retail environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting, stocking, and organizational tasks Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month and occasional special events What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
