Job Description

Take your sales career to a company with real momentum and opportunity VaVia , a growing roll-off dumpster provider, is hiring a driven Entry Level Sales Associate for its team in Greenville, SC As a Sales Associate , you will drive new business and grow revenue by building a strong sales pipeline, converting leads, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You'll partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while supporting marketing efforts and tracking performance to meet sales goals. VaVia was founded to provide growing and unfulfilled needs in the roll-off waste disposal industry and provides commercial and residential short-term rental waste containers. The company aims to be a household name and nationwide leader in small-haul disposal, powered by a community of franchises that work together but are locally owned. Job Duties:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and converting inbound leads into booked rentals Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Provide accurate pricing, service details, and scheduling information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure timely service delivery and clear communication of customer needs Support local marketing and networking efforts to generate leads and increase brand visibility Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance using CRM tools and provide regular updates
Job Requirements:
