Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers with retail purchases, product information, and store navigation to enhance their shopping experience Support banking transactions including cash handling, cashiering, and basic financial services such as deposits or account inquiries Process loan applications or financial transactions accurately using financial software and adhere to all cash management procedures Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively educate customers Ensure the checkout area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth cashier operations Handle cash register operations with precision, including 10 key typing and basic math calculations for daily balancing Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail math calculations Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus; training will be provided for specific processes such as loan processing Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store comfortably, and perform physical tasks associated with cashiering Proficiency in using financial software or point-of-sale systems; experience with 10 key typing is advantageous A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting team goals Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
