The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a strong desire to contribute to our business growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, exhibiting product knowledge and selling an assortment of different floor coverings. Candidate should have an eye for design and helping customer to select a finished product. You will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Conduct inside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients. Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients. Generate leads through various channels, including networking and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business development. Manage assigned area of the showroom, ensuring all sales goals are met or exceeded. Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices. Requirements Proven experience in sales, Not necessarily in floor covering. Familiarity with personal management and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and business development strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Experience with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Proficiency in using the computer for things other than social media.
