Job Description

We are looking for GREAT local crew members to join our wildlife series as our team travels to capture real wildlife stories in the field. This is a host-driven series focused on conservation, science, and educational programming, working alongside researchers, scientists, and animal-lovers in real environments. This is a run-and-gun production—things move fast and shift often. We need crew who are flexible, aware, and comfortable working outdoors and around animals. You'll be working with hosts who genuinely love the work, and we're looking for people who bring that same energy with a good attitude. We prefer seasoned crew with wildlife, documentary, or docu-reality experience who care about people, animals, and wildlife conservation. All gear must meet broadcast television specs. Director of Photography / Cinematographer Lead camera on host-driven wildlife segments, capturing real-time animal stories in the field.
Looking for:
  • Wildlife, documentary, or docu-reality experience
  • Comfortable in outdoor, unpredictable environments
  • Strong awareness and adaptability
  • Works well with a small team Camera package preferred:
  • Sony or Canon (FX6 / FX9 preferred)
  • Supporting lens kit
  • Director's monitor
  • Basic lighting / bounce
  • Minor grip
  • Small DIT kit for end-of-day media transfer
