Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication Promote and upsell products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Handle heavy lifting of merchandise safely and organize stock for easy access Apply pricing strategies accurately to meet company guidelines and customer expectations Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building rapport with clients Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to boost sales performance Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely, demonstrating proficient driving skills Math skills for accurate measurement, pricing calculations, and inventory management Organizational skills to manage routes, stock levels, and merchandising setups efficiently Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and route driving responsibilities Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Experience or background in military service is a plus for discipline and teamwork qualities
