Job Summary Make 6 figures per year no degree necessary!!! We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best products and financial solutions. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to a vibrant shopping environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, and demonstrating benefits to enhance their shopping experience Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Support customers with basic financial services such as loan processing or account inquiries when applicable Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential Familiarity with banking or financial services adds value to understanding product offerings Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks accurately and efficiently for transaction processing A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about sales techniques, financial products, and customer engagement strategies
