Store Associates - Freight and Merchandise

Eagles and Bargain Beachwear is Hiring! We are seeking dependable and hardworking Stock/Freight Associates to support our store operations. This role is primarily focused on processing and organizing merchandise, with some customer interaction as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Open availability is preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Up to 40 hours per week available. Job Summary The Stock/Freight Associate is responsible for handling incoming shipments, organizing stock areas, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining overall store organization to support efficient daily operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming freight shipments Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the backroom and sales floor Replenish product on the sales floor as needed Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and storage areas Assist with inventory counts and stock management Follow company standards for merchandising and product placement Support and assist customers when needed, including operating register. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 pounds frequently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift Ability to climb ladders and reach overhead to stock merchandise
