Your Responsibilities as a Landscape Specialist Front-Line Team Member You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You'll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care. The team looks to you to perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include planting, mulching, trimming, edging, cleanups, and other lawn care duties when not focused on landscaping work. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing very physical work and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds regularly. You ensure equipment is maintained, job sites are left spotless, and everything is wrapped up and ready to go for the next day.

Full Utilization of Software & Processes:

Following systems helps make all of the above possible. Job Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries preferred. If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
