Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven and outgoing AT&T Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, presenting AT&T's industry-leading wireless and connectivity solutions. This is a face-to-face sales position focused on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage with small-to-medium sized businesses Present and sell AT&T wireless and business solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions Close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets Maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and networking Represent AT&T with professionalism and product knowledge Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive results
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work full-time and in a fast-paced environment Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working directly with business clients (B2B)
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
