Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated New and Used Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and ability to build lasting relationships will be key to your success. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, B2B sales efforts, and in-person interactions to promote new and pre-owned vehicle inventory Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships Conduct high-end sales consultations, upselling additional features, warranties, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership profit goals Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and follow up on leads Support inventory management by coordinating vehicle availability and assisting with inventory control processes Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, professional phone etiquette, and public speaking skills Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and marketing strategies within a dealership environment preferred Knowledge of automotive industry standards, retail math, and inventory control practices Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Join our team and accelerate your career in automotive sales!
