Job Overview Join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll be the friendly face behind the pro shop counter, providing exceptional guest services, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of retail functions. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guests to enjoy every moment of their visit. You will play a vital part in delivering top-tier service at the golf course. Complimentary golf is provided to staff. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience Manage cash handling duties accurately during sales transactions and equipment rentals Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving conflicts or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, including inventory management of merchandise.
