Job Overview Join our dynamic Tigers Ford team as an Automotive Parts Counter Sales Associate and become a vital link between customers and our extensive automotive parts inventory. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while leveraging your automotive knowledge to assist customers in finding the right parts and solutions for their vehicle needs. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive sales, ensure accurate inventory management, and support the overall efficiency of our parts department. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories Assist customers in locating specific parts using inventory management systems, including POS (Point of Sale) software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment Negotiate prices and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Process transactions efficiently through cashiering functions, including cash handling and POS operations Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all stock is properly labeled and stored according to safety standards Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and service procedures Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency with inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail math for order fulfillment and stock control Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and record keeping Ability to negotiate effectively with customers while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Experience with marketing strategies related to retail sales or dealership promotions is a plus Valid driver's license required; familiarity with dealership or automotive service operations enhances your fit for this role Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive knowledge meets energetic customer engagement! $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
