River City Relics — Yankton, SD About River City Relics River City Relics is a high-end lifestyle boutique known for its elevated customer experience, strong visual identity, and curated mix of nationally recognized brands including lululemon, Kendra Scott, Free People Movement, and more. We're not a typical retail store. Our environment is fast-paced, design-focused, highly visual, and constantly evolving. We care deeply about presentation, energy, customer connection, and creating an experience people genuinely remember. We're looking for someone who thrives in high-standard environments and takes pride in making things feel polished, organized, welcoming, and well-executed. Position Overview This role focuses on helping lead the daily front-of-store experience and overall operational flow at River City Relics. You'll play a major role in how the store looks, feels, operates, and functions day-to-day — helping maintain the energy, organization, presentation, and customer experience the brand is known for. This is an ideal role for someone who is naturally proactive, highly responsible, visually detail-oriented, and energized by creating exceptional environments and experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and elevate the customer experience on the sales floor Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards Help oversee daily store operations and organization Assist with inventory flow, restocking, and product presentation Support in-store events, launches, and promotional execution Help maintain a polished, high-energy store atmosphere Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and solving problems proactively Help support overall sales growth through customer experience and store execution What Makes Someone a Strong Fit Naturally outgoing and comfortable interacting with people Strong eye for aesthetics, organization, and detail Self-motivated and proactive without needing constant direction Reliable, responsible, and highly dependable Comfortable in fast-paced environments Takes pride in high standards and consistency Enjoys staying productive and improving things throughout the day Leadership or retail experience preferred This Probably Isn't the Right Fit If You prefer slow-paced work environments You struggle with multitasking or staying organized You need constant direction to remain productive You're comfortable doing the bare minimum to get through the day
