Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Arlington, TN. The Retail Customer Service Representative will assist customers, support store operations, recommend products and services, and help create a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers in a retail setting.
  • Assist customers with product questions, transactions, and general service needs.
  • Recommend and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Help build strong customer relationships and support store sales goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space.
  • Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $16.00 per hour.

  • Schedule:
    Must be available to work any day during store operating hours:
  • Monday through
Friday:
8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Saturday:
    8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Sunday:
    8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
