Job Description

Ink Technician - Bristol, Tennessee We are seeking a detailed oriented, safety minded and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Ink Technician in the Bristol location. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to; following procedures to safely meet customer expectations, complete required paperwork accurately, monitoring results and ensuring high quality of finished products before leaving the work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Toning and mixing inks. Maintain inventory and appropriate records. Put up ink returns daily. Collect print and wet samples. Computer literate. Good PC, data entry and ability to work in spreadsheets. Pass the Munsell Color Hue Test. Demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively. Ability to lift up to and including 50 lbs. Ability to stand on feet 8 hours per day. Demonstrate troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills. Work overtime as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(not all inclusive) Review Spec Sheets to ensure product is meeting the specifications. Ensure proper documentation on all returns through final disposition. Conduct Quality Tests as required. Work with plant personnel to prevent rejects form reoccurring. Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and or manager. Will be responsible for entering production data into Radius operating system. Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth. Demonstrate attention to detail. Support SQF Certification. Punctuality and regular attendance.
